Jason has started brewing his own Root Beer. He had a very rough start and went through many batches to find out what he did wrong and where he needed to improve what he was doing. He first bought glass bottles...not a good idea if you want to know the carbonation. So he went to the store and bought plastic bottles. Our first batch in the plastic bottles worked! And it tasted great. He has started his own blog http://www.gunslingerrootbeers.blogspot.com/! He loves brewing and getting recipes for new root beers to try. Some of the ones he wants to try is a gingerbread root beer, pumpkin root beer (I am excited about this one), root beer made from the ROOTS and BARK, and other flavors he is trying to figure out and play with. I am excited that he has found something that he enjoys!
